川崎市中心の現場で安定勤務週休2日・年間休日120日・資格取得全額会社負担で成長をサポート

【主なお仕事について】

神奈川県や川崎市の地方自治体発注の公共案件、および民間企業から受注した各種現場(土木・建築)での現場担当業務をお任せします。1949年の創業以来、地域に根差した社会インフラ整備を担っており、水道・下水工事を除く幅広い案件に対応しています。

具体的には、3~4名のチーム制で以下の業務を中心に進めます:

・公共事業(社会インフラ整備)や宅地造成、駐車場・外構・舗装・造園・解体等の各現場作業

・建築工事におけるリフォーム、改修、大規模修繕の対応

・現場での進行管理および安全確保

・社用車での現場移動(現場の約8割が川崎市内)

現場は川崎市内が中心のため、作業終了後も短時間で帰社・帰宅が可能です。不動産コンサルティングや管理事業も手掛ける安定した経営基盤のもと、「チーム長栄」の一員として専門領域のスキルを磨ける環境です。

・実働時間:1日あたり7時間

・休憩時間:120分

・平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日〜22日 ※ホームページ上の全社的な勤務時間表記は8:00~18:00となっております。

・基本給:月給 25万円 〜 35万円(経験・年齢・能力により優遇)

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回

年収例:

30代 400~500万円

40代 500~600万円

50代 600~700万円(職長クラス)
