【職務内容】

当社DigiManは、企業の事業成長を支援する"営業コンサル"に強みを持ったベンチャー企業です。

少数精鋭のプロフェッショナル集団として、顧客の売上拡大にコミットしながら日々挑戦を続けています。

本ポジションでは、新規開拓から提案・クロージングまで一気通貫で担当し、顧客の課題を解決に導く営業活動をお任せします。

また、早期にマネジメント経験を積むことも可能。

・新規顧客開拓(架電・メール)

・営業部門の統括、売上・KPIの管理

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

・法人営業経験3年以上(新規開拓含む)

・マネジメント経験(人数問わず)

・数値目標に基づいた業務管理、KPI運用の経験

【歓迎要件】

・無形商材(特にコンサルティングやSaaS、DX関連)の法人営業経験

・営業戦略の立案から実行、改善まで一気通貫で行った経験

・営業組織の立ち上げや仕組み化・プロセス構築経験

・Salesforce等を用いた業務改善・効率化のプロジェクト推進経験

・他部署や外部パートナーを巻き込んだプロジェクト推進経験

・起業経験または起業を具体的に視野に入れたキャリア志向る方
