事務職 管理者候補(医事課勤務)常勤

仕事内容:

主に医事課における管理業務および医事業務全般を担当していただきます。

将来的には、電子カルテをはじめとした各種システムの管理業務もお任せする予定です。

システム関連については、現在勤務しているシステム管理者のもと、ネットワーク管理や

機器トラブルへの対応などを行っていただきます。

当院には、医療事務スタッフが5名在籍しており、電子カルテは『ウェブカルテ』

レセプトコンピューターは『HOPE』を使用しています。

求める人材:

診療情報管理士 必須

医療事務の経験 必須

システム管理の経験、ITパスポート、パソコン整備士等 あれば尚可

ネットワーク機器・業務機器に抵抗がなく、業者対応ができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~17:00(休憩1時間)

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(原則、土日祝日)

年間休日125日

年次有給休暇(6か月後10日付与)

慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休業、介護休業

勤務地:

「敷地内完全禁煙」

給与:

※諸手当

常勤手当 20,000円

住宅手当 5,000円

役職手当 40,000円(主任)~55,000円(課長補佐)

資格手当 5,000円(診療情報管理士)

通勤手当 支給あり(月上限50,000円まで)

※マイカー通勤の方は、法人内の規定により定められた

規定単価×距離にて支給

職員専用無料駐車場あり

賞与年2回 (6,12月) 4.0ヶ月

昇給年1回 (4月)

退職金制度有り(勤続3年以上を対象)
