アセット開発全般におけるアーキテクチャ設計およびリード ・システム開発プロジェクト管理(アジャイル,DevOps)
【ポジション概要】
クラウド基盤のHR Techアセット開発における各種プロジェクトにご参画いただきます。 デザイン構想からアーキテクチャ設計、アプリケーション企画から開発まで、全ての工程をワンチームで実装してきます。 多様なスキルを持ったメンバーの中で活動していただきます。 アセット開発に携わっていただく他、希望によりHR系コンサルにおけるクライアントニーズから発生する開発系プロジェクト、分析系プロジェクトへの支援に携わっていただく機会もご提供します。

【募集要項】
●クラウド基盤のアーキテクチャ設計に精通している
●データモデル設計に精通している
●マイクロサービスやコンポーネント化の設計に精通している
●アジャイル開発、スプリント開発、DevOps に精通している
●WEB 系システム開発を3年以上経験し、主要言語(Python,, Ruby, Go, Java 等)のコードレビューができる
●デジタル知識やプロダクト開発に関する専門分野を持つ方
●英語の読み書き(特に、技術関連文書を読み理解できること)
