Mission:
Accelerate overseas business from an HR perspective and enhance subsidiary productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

Labor Management:
Payroll, visa processing, onboarding/offboarding, insurance handling.

Organizational Development:
Engagement surveys, 1-on-1 meetings with local teams.

Future Scope:
Recruitment agency management, hiring process oversight.

Team Structure:
The Global HR Group consists of a manager and several members.
Thailand & Singapore will be managed by the new hire and the manager.


Requirements:
Fluent Japanese, Business-level English
Experience in global HR (labor management & organizational development).
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to proactively build relationships with key personnel in overseas subsidiaries.


Preferred:
Payroll, social insurance, visa processing experience.
Experience in HRBP roles or global recruitment agencies.

Location:
Shibuya, Tokyo (hybrid, WFH 2 days/week)
