Your new roleServe as the internal expert for Workday and related HR technologies, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external AMS partners on system enhancements and support.
Lead configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Workday modules, reports, and security settings.
Provide global user support, training, and documentation across time zones and regions.
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, especially Workday.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Proven ability to collaborate with global HR teams and external vendors.
Experience managing data integrity, reporting, and system operations.
