【仕事内容】
<自動車部品の組み立て業務>
*部品の組み立て作業
自動車のステアリングシャフト(ハンドルを操作する部品)を組み立てる作業です。
ラインに製品をセットし、専用の工具(エアツールやトルクレンチ)を使って部品を組み立てます。
1個あたりの作業時間は約60秒です。
*研修ありで安心
未経験の方でも安心して始められるように、職場での研修があります。
最初はしっかりとサポートしてもらえるので、安心して作業を覚えられます。
*立ち仕事がメイン
基本的に立ち仕事が中心です。
作業中は動きながら作業を行うため、体を動かすことが好きな方に向いています。
*製品の重さ
扱う製品の重さは、平均して約10キロ程度です。
重すぎることはなく、扱いやすい重さの部品です。
*チームでの作業
同じチームでコミュニケーションを取りながら作業を進めていきます。
製品の格納場所や作業の段取りを確認しながら、効率よく進めていきます。
