Amazon Transportation Services(ATS)部門の輸送オペレーションセンターでは、数億という膨大な商品を、お買い物時にお客様とお約束したお届け日を正確に守るため、24時間/365日の体制で輸送ネットワークを管理しサポートしております。
この度、物流倉庫や配達拠点などAmazonの輸送ネットワークオペレーションにおける安全、品質、生産性を管理、改善しカスタマーエクスペリエンスを高める役割を担う、輸送運用管理(Transportation Operation Management)チーム拡大の為、新たにメンバーを募集いたします。
Transportation Operation Management(TOM)は聞きなれない言葉かと思いますが、海外のAmazonの輸送オペレーションにおいても重要な役割を果たしています。
具体的には、それぞれの物流倉庫・配送拠点が定められたプロセス通りにオペレーションが実施され、安全や品質が担保されているか、また拠点に配送に必要な資材(パレット・カート等)が適正数備蓄されているかについて数値データを確認して判断します。もし問題があれば決められた手順に基づいて報告及び関係部門と調整を行います。また、様々な事由によって生じる変化について、担当者の視点から業務プロセスの標準化や効率化へのアイデアを提案いただくことも歓迎されます。
本ポジションでは、業界問わずSOP(標準作業手順書)に基づいた業務プロセスを確実にこなした経験がある方を求めています。
※当チームは様々な業界出身のメンバーが多く活躍しています。入社後には未経験の方でもAmazonの物流の仕組みを学んでいただけるトレーニングプログラムを用意しています。

【シフト制】
年末年始・土日祝日を含めたシフト勤務となります。
勤務時間は9:00-18:00がメインですが、繁忙期や業務状況に応じて8:00‐19:00の間で勤務(実働8時間)となる場合があります。
*将来的にビジネスニーズが出た場合、上記以外の勤務時間枠が発生する可能性があります。

*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:*
- ビジネスレベル以上(N1+)。日本語を流暢に話し、書き、読むことができる
- Excel(VBA、ピボットテーブル、配列関数、パワーピボットなど)及び、Tableauなどのデータ可視化ツールの経験

*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*
- 1年以上の職業経験、またはコンピューティング環境およびエンドユーザーアプリケーションでの経験、または不正利用・セキュリティ対策(スパム、フィッシングなど)の経験

- 複数の業務を同時に優先順位をつけて処理し、期限への責任を維持した経験、またはMicrosoft Office製品およびアプリケーションの使用経験
