下記業務を行うセンターでの管理者業務をお願いいたします

  • 業務内容

・日本郵便の転居届のデータ入力と補正作業の業務。

・機械で読み込まれた転居届の実物文字とデータ化された文字の比較照合して、チェック・修正

・住所から郵便番号を検索して郵便番号や住所の補記・修正作業。

・住所・氏名・日付・チェックボックスの確認、文字修正

  • 想定問合せ内容

・オペレータへの作業指示/進捗管理

・オペレータからの手上げ対応(処理方法)

・オペレータへの業務研修

・出勤管理/席誘導/座席管理

・休憩管理

・各種研修
