ご担当いただきます。

ご家庭のインフラ環境を充実させていきます。
営業とは別のアポイント専任担当が
調整してくれた事前アポイントがあるので
提案もスムーズ、1日2~3件ほど成約出来ます。

▼お客様からの問い合わせを受けて訪問日を決定

▼09:15ーみんなで作戦会議
▼09:30ーお客様先に出発
▼10:30ーご契約『早くも1成約』
▼11:30ーちょっと早めにランチ♪

必須条件
個人営業経験1年以上
管理職経験1年以上
※通信業界経験者は特に歓迎

必須資格
普通自動車免許(AT限定可)
勤務時間・曜日:
9:00~18:45(実働8時間/休憩105分)
※残業は月平均7.5時間以下。
訪問の約束をいただいたお客様先に伺うため、
スケジュールを組みやすく、
急な対応が発生しにくい環境です。
上司や先輩に上手なスケジュールの組み方を
教わることが出来ますのでご安心ください

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥290,000 〜 ¥420,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥37,790(22時間相当分)を含む。22時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
試用期間2ヶ月+研修期間5ヶ月間は同待遇
※研修期間を短縮する制度あり
頑張りは正当に評価
頑張った分だけ給与が増えていく仕組みを導入。
それが成約数に応じたインセンティブです。
年収1000万円を超えるスタッフもいるなど、
社歴や経験関係なく、
頑張りがそのまま評価されます
インセンティブ制度について
└平均成約率は25%程度
(4件に1件がご契約のペース)
それより成約数が少なくても
インセンティブがもらえる
無理のない目標数字を設けています。
インセンティブに上限設定がなく、
頑張った分だけ還元されるため、
モチベーションも維持しやすい環境です。
月間インセンティブ最大支給例:113万円
└頑張った分は給与に反映します
※月給42万円を上振れた額は賞与時に全額支給
想定年収700万~1000万円
└年齢や社歴でなく、頑張りに応じて評価
