小児(医療的ケア児・発達障害等)を中心とした訪問看護による言語聴覚療法

仕事内容:

・利用者宅に訪問し言語聴覚療法の提供と記録作成(1日あたり5~7件目安・1件40分)2025年実績では、1ヶ月80~100件程度

・計画書・報告書等の月次ごとの作成(AI導入)

・利用者様や相談員との連絡調整等(利用者様とは公式LINEを利用)

・月1回程度のZoom全体ミーティング参加(1回40分程度、基本昼時間に実施)

・法定研修への参加(70分程度を4回/年、オンデマンド配信を受講)

アピールポイント:

・現在、Ns4名、PT3名、OT3名、ST4名、事務2名です。20代~50代まで。

・2025年4月開業の新規事業所です。

・法人代表は言語聴覚士で、プレイヤーも兼務しています。地域にとって必要とされる事業所を一緒にをつくっていきましょうSTを必要とする子どもたちが多く待っています。よろしくお願いします。


・自宅から利用者宅への直行直帰可。

・訪問時間外は、自宅やカフェ等での作業可。事務所への出社・戻り必要なし。

・計画書・報告書の作成はAI利用、発送等の業務は専門事務員が中心

・専門事務員が2名(常勤1名、パート1名)のため、電話番等の事務作業なし。

・連絡事項は、LINE Worksを使用。

・朝のミーティングなし、出社不要。

・利用者様との連絡は、公式LINEを使用。

・記録やスケジュール管理は、eWell社のiBowを利用。

・FAX送付はネットにて可。FAX送付のために事務所来所の必要なし。

・研修はオンデマンド配信のため、いつでも好きな時に受講可能

・研修内容は、法定研修の他、豊富な内容を配信。好きなものを好きなだけ受講可能。

・全体ミーティングは基本的に業務時間内にZoomで開催(40分程度)


・WISC-ⅤやPVT-R、STRAW-R、WAVES、CARD、吃音検査法、LC-R、LCSA、SCTAW等の検査を導入しています。他、SST用のカードや絵カードなども多数豊富にそろえています。

・口唇閉鎖力測定器や、口唇閉鎖トレーニング機材、小児用ぺこぱんだ導入。歯科医との連携も可能です。

・業務に必要な物品等は申請いただければ、基本的に購入します。

・今後、研修費用補助制度や、生命共済制度(掛金は法人持ち、見舞金・祝金あり)の導入を検討中。

・全国レベルの学会発表には積極的に支援をいたします。

・東京商工会議所、板橋法人会に所属。安定経営のため専門家らの意見も取り入れ、自分たちの目指す方向に向けて経営。

求める人材:

臨床経験5年以上が望ましいですが、小児や訪問の経験は問いません。子どもが好き、興味がある方を募集。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間は固定制で、月曜日から金曜日(土曜日出勤として別曜日に休みに設定も可)の9:00から18:00まで、もしくは10:00から19:00までとなります。休憩時間は1時間に設けています。業務の特性上、訪問先によっては移動時間が発生するため、柔軟な対応が求められます。残業については、記録など必要時となります。

全体で約130日

・週休2日(日曜+他希望の固定曜日)+祝日

・夏季休暇3日(7~10月の希望日)

・年末年始休暇5日(12/30~1/3)

・慶弔休暇

・年次有給休暇(勤務6か月経過~、法定通り)時間利用可

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥48,000〜¥68,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
