小児(医療的ケア児・発達障害等)を中心とした訪問看護による作業療法

仕事内容:

・利用者宅に訪問し作業療法の提供と記録作成(1件40~60分)

・計画書・報告書等の月次ごとの作成(AI導入)

・利用者様や相談員との連絡調整等(利用者様とは公式LINEを利用)

・月1回程度のZoom全体ミーティング参加(1回40分程度、基本昼時間に実施。任意)

・法定研修への参加(70分程度を4回/年、オンデマンド配信を受講)

アピールポイント:

・現在、Ns4名、PT3名、OT3名、ST4名、事務2名です。20代~50代まで。

・2025年4月開業の新規事業所です。

・法人代表はSTで、プレイヤーも兼務しています。地域にとって必要とされる事業所を一緒にをつくっていきましょうOTを必要とする子どもたちが多く待っています。よろしくお願いします。


・自宅から利用者宅への直行直帰可。

・訪問時間外は、自宅やカフェ等での作業可。事務所への出社・戻り必要なし。

・計画書・報告書の作成はAI利用、発送等の業務は専門事務員が中心

・専門事務員が2名(常勤1名、パート1名)のため、電話番等の事務作業なし。

・連絡事項は、LINE Worksを使用。

・朝のミーティングなし、出社不要。

・利用者様との連絡は、公式LINEを使用。

・記録やスケジュール管理は、eWell社のiBowを利用。

・FAX送付はネットにて可。FAX送付のために事務所来所の必要なし。

・研修はオンデマンド配信のため、いつでも好きな時に受講可能

・研修内容は、法定研修の他、豊富な内容を配信。好きなものを好きなだけ受講可能。

・全体ミーティングは基本的に業務時間内にZoomで開催(40分程度・非常勤職員は任意)


・WISC-ⅤやWAVES等の検査を導入しています。他、SST用のカードなども多数豊富にそろえています。

・業務に必要な物品等は申請いただければ、基本的に購入します。

・東京商工会議所、板橋法人会に所属。安定経営のため専門家らの意見も取り入れ、自分たちの目指す方向に向けて経営。

求める人材:

臨床経験5年以上が望ましいですが、小児や訪問の経験は問いません。子どもが好き、興味がある方を募集。

勤務時間・曜日:

週1回、1日1件(40分)から可能。

利用者担当制のため、担当利用者が付いた後には、毎週固定の時間帯での勤務となります。

訪問時間は、月曜日~土曜日、9:00~19:00の間となります。希望のお時間での勤務が可能です。

休暇・休日:

家族都合での急なお休みOK

・自宅から利用者宅への直行直帰可。

・訪問時間外は、自宅やカフェ等での作業可。事務所への出社・戻り必要なし。

・屋内原則禁煙

アクセス:

・事務所は、東武東上線 下赤塚駅 徒歩5分、有楽町線・副都心線 地下鉄赤塚駅 徒歩6分

給与:

・交通費全額支給

・件数歩合制。

・移動時間等を含めた時給1,300円に、訪問もしくは同行の時間に応じて以下を付す。

40分訪問 2,000円、60分訪問 2,700円、

40分同行 700円、60分同行 1,000円、

ただし、訪問予定日の当日にキャンセルとなった訪問については、予定されていた訪問1件あたり1,300円を補償給として支払う。
