Bachelor's or other degree preferably in real estate related areas; however all backgrounds are welcome to apply
Strong interest in real estate, luxury properties
Ability to work proactively and independently as well as in a team setting
Experience working in the real estate industry a huge plus
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong multitasking skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Full fluency written and verbal English; business level+ Japanese proficiency
Having a Japanese driver's license or international driving permit is a plus
What You'll Do
You will sell and lease luxury properties (both commercial and residential) in Tokyo to our client base, who are mainly expats, diplomats, and buyers from abroad.
Your daily schedule will consist of interacting with high profile clientele, searching for properties in our database, conducting viewings, and assisting with contract negotiations.
You will use your bilingual language skills to effectively communicate with management companies regarding property and contract details in addition to forging strong relationships with clients to make sure they come back for more.
To best prepare our employees, we have a 3 month trial period for our new hires to better understand the industry and get comfortable with the job.
Over time, you will gradually become more independent in the role, taking on more responsibilities and clients following the initial trial period.
