Support various team activities at Boeing Japan's office in Tokyo, Japan. This position is a 1-year fixed term contract with possibility to convert to open ended contract, subject to conditions and individual performance.
Position Responsibilities:
• Prepares reports, presentations and flow charts.
• Plans and implements logistics for internal and external events and meetings.
• Develop and prepare materials such as itinerary / agenda for executive visits; provides logistics supports
• Support special projects / events and information exchange with interfacing
• Coordinate and support cross functional industry engagements – research and technology, defense services
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and supply chain personnel
• Maintain industry supplier data
• Office administration (depending on business requirement, approx. 30 % of time)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Experience working with senior and executive management.
• 5+ years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with stakeholders across functions.
• 5+ years of experience working projects that involve cross-functional or cross-business unit teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Native level spoken and written Japanese and business level spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
