職務内容
人材採用全般の統括(年間150名規模)
採用戦略の立案および実行、採用プロセス改善
離職率改善に向けた課題分析・施策立案
採用イベント・HRフェアの企画および実施
CVの質・スペックの見極めなど採用課題の抽出
組織課題・現場課題への対応、問題解決
将来的には組織変更・再編への関与の可能性あり
理想の人材
柔軟で適応力のある姿勢
採用を中心としたHR実務に強みをお持ちの方
HRデータ管理システムの導入・運用経験
自ら課題を見つけ、能動的に動けるアグレッシブなスタイル
現場に入り込むことを厭わず、実行力で成果を出してきた方
サービス業・多拠点・現場型組織での人事経験のある方歓迎
英語は必須ではありませんができれば尚良い
