仕事内容:

美容・リラクゼーション業界の店舗に向けて、集客や売上アップを支援するソリューションを提案します。

来店数の伸び悩みやリピート率向上など、経営面の課題を共有しながら最適な活用方法を設計します。

予約プラットフォームを活用した運営改善の提案では、経営者の声をもとに企画内容を調整し、導入まで伴走します。

商談はオンラインが中心ですが、希望に応じて訪問での提案も可能。直行直帰にも対応しているため、効率よく働ける環境です。業務に慣れながら、自分に合った営業スタイルを確立していけます。

② 件数に追われない提案重視の営業

1日の商談数は平均1〜2件。

事前準備や提案内容の検討に十分な時間を確保できるため、丁寧なコミュニケーションを大切にした営業が可能です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥70,000〜¥95,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
