Role Overview
As a Client-Facing Artisan, you embody Polène's craftsmanship and Maison spirit directly on the shop floor. This role combines hands-on artisanal expertise with direct client interaction, offering live charm-making demonstrations and personalized experiences in a high-end retail environment.

You are both a maker and a storyteller, delivering an engaging, refined, and memorable in-store experience while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, precision, and composure.

Client-Facing Presence & Live Demonstration

  • Welcome clients with courtesy, warmth, and professionalism, in line with the standards of a luxury Maison.
  • Feel comfortable being observed while working, staying calm and focused in a high-traffic store environment.
  • Deliver live charm-making demonstrations, transforming craftsmanship into an engaging and entertaining client experience.
  • Communicate clearly and warmly in English and Japanese, adapting tone to an international luxury clientele.

Craft Demonstration & Client Engagement

  • Execute charm-making processes with precision, including:

  • Shaping / thermoforming

  • Dyeing
  • Stamping or marking
  • Stitching

  • Finishing

  • Explain key steps in simple, client-friendly language while executing them.

  • Keep clients engaged by guiding them through what is happening, what choices are available within the personalization offer, and what the final result will look like.
  • Maintain a smooth rhythm: craftsmanship first, with the ability to narrate the process without compromising quality.

Expectation Management & Coordination with Sales

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless handovers, timing, and client communication.
  • Clearly set expectations regarding what is feasible in-store within the scope of live animation and personalization.
  • Contribute to a smooth overall boutique operation through coordination and clear communication.

  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven, even under direct client observation.

クライアントフェイシング・アルチザンは、ポレーヌのクラフツマンシップとメゾンの世界観を店頭で直接体現するポジションです。

高度な手仕事の技術とお客様とのコミュニケーションを融合させ、チャーム制作のライブデモンストレーションやパーソナライゼーション体験を提供していただきます。

職人であると同時に「語り手」として、お客様に洗練された記憶に残る体験を提供しながら、常に高い品質・精度・落ち着きを保つことが求められます。

クライアント対応・ライブデモンストレーション

  • ラグジュアリーメゾンにふさわしい礼儀正しさと温かみのある対応でお客様をお迎えする
  • 多くのお客様に見られる環境でも、落ち着きと集中力を保って作業ができる
  • チャーム制作のライブデモンストレーションを通じ、クラフツマンシップを体験型の演出として提供する
  • インターナショナルなお客様に向け、英語で分かりやすく丁寧なコミュニケーションができる

制作工程の説明・クライアントエンゲージメント

  • 以下の工程を含むチャーム制作を、正確かつ丁寧に行う

  • 成形・サーモフォーミング

  • 染色
  • スタンプ/刻印
  • 縫製

  • 仕上げ

  • 制作を行いながら、各工程の要点をお客様に分かりやすく説明する

  • パーソナライゼーションの範囲内で選択可能な内容や完成イメージを伝え、お客様の関心を持続させる
  • 品質を最優先にしつつ、制作と説明のバランスを保ったスムーズな進行を行う

期待値調整・セールスチームとの連携

  • セールスチームと密に連携し、引き継ぎ・タイミング・顧客対応を円滑に行う
  • 店頭で対応可能な内容(ライブ演出・パーソナライゼーションの範囲)について、明確に期待値を調整する
  • チームワークと的確なコミュニケーションを通じ、店舗全体の円滑な運営に貢献する
