Polèneのブティックはブランドの世界観を体現する場所であり、国際的でハイエンドな顧客層を惹きつけています。
パリの3店舗(リシュリュー、ボン・マルシェ、シャンゼリゼ)は非常に高い来店数を誇り、要求水準の高いお客様に対して、フランス語・英語の両方で卓越したサービスを提供できる経験豊富な方を求めています。
主な業務内容
販売チームのマネジメント
- Polèneの戦略や顧客体験の基準をチームに浸透させ、現場に近いコーチングを通じて体現する
- チームの一体感と協力体制を促進し、入社後の育成からスキル向上までをサポートする
- 個々の成長計画を定め、目標達成に向けて優先施策を推進する
- チームの成功や改善点を把握し、アクションプランを実行する
- シフトや休暇管理を行い、売場の最適な人員配置を実現する
店舗運営・売上管理
- 売上、客単価、ベストセラーなど主要KPIを追い、必要に応じて改善策を講じる
- 毎日のモーニングブリーフを実施し、チームの成長とサービス品質を担保する
- 顧客体験の柱(採用・育成・ロイヤルティ強化)を徹底する
- 開店・閉店業務、VMD管理、安全基準や社内ルール、法令遵守を徹底する
Polèneのアンバサダーとして
- 来店状況や顧客層を分析し、ゾーニングやシフト調整を最適化する
- クレーム対応やアフターサービスを適切に管理し、ブランドイメージを守る

- ラグジュアリーまたはレザーグッズ業界で、4年以上の同等ポジション経験をお持ちの方
- 5〜10名規模のチームマネジメント経験がある方
- Polèneの製品や職人技、クラフツマンシップへの強い共感がある方

Polène, founded in 2016, is a French leather goods house distinguished by its exceptional artisanal craftsmanship, creating timeless pieces with an organic design directly inspired by nature.
In a context of strong growth and international expansion, we are structuring our organization in 2025 and surrounding ourselves with top talent in order to develop deep expertise at every level of the company. Our distinctly artistic positioning is reflected in the elevation of our bag and jewelry collections, supported by 800 artisans in our Spanish workshops in Ubrique.

WITHIN OUR RETAIL TEAMS
Polène boutiques are the expression of our brand universe and a reflection of our positioning, attracting a high-end and highly international clientele.
By applying for this role, you are ready to join an adventure where passion for luxury leather goods and an exceptional sense of service will be your daily drivers.
Our three Paris boutiques (Richelieu, Le Bon Marché, and Champs-Élysées) experience very high traffic. We are therefore looking for highly experienced individuals capable of delivering a remarkable experience to a very demanding clientele, in both French and English.
Your Responsibilities
Lead a Sales Team
- Ensure alignment with your team in deploying Polène's strategy, particularly regarding excellence in client experience, through exemplary leadership and close coaching.
- Energize the team to foster collaboration and a strong sense of belonging, from onboarding through training follow-up and skill development.
- Define, unify, and motivate priority actions for individual competency growth while ensuring progress toward commercial objectives.
- Identify team successes and areas for improvement, and implement corresponding action plans.
- Create and manage team schedules (absences, rotations, adjustments), optimizing sales floor coverage based on observed needs and ensuring proper staffing according to the defined plan.
Drive Business Performance
- Monitor key sales indicators (revenue, transaction value, best-selling references) and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Lead daily morning briefs to develop the team and guarantee excellence, while consolidating and reporting field insights that support sales growth.
- Deliver excellence in service by ensuring Polène's client experience pillars are respected (recruitment, development, loyalty building).
- Oversee store openings and closings, monitor merchandising, and ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, internal requirements, and legal regulations.
Be an Ambassador of the House of Polène
- Provide regular qualitative and quantitative feedback on traffic and client profiles to adapt zoning and scheduling, while ensuring the quality of welcome and advice delivered by the sales teams.
- Handle all types of disputes to guarantee relationship excellence and protect the Maison's image, including managing after-sales issues and claims in line with company rules and processes.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- You have worked with a high-end international clientele for at least 4 years in a similar role, ideally in luxury and/or leather goods.
- You have already managed a team of 5 to 10 people.
- You have a strong passion for our products, craftsmanship, and leather goods expertise, and can speak about them with enthusiasm to clients.
- You integrate easily into a team and demonstrate a strong collaborative and supportive mindset.
- You are naturally approachable, with strong interpersonal skills that allow you to create memorable connections with demanding clients.
- You are service-oriented, rigorous, proactive, and highly detail-focused.
- You demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, and strong energy, enabling you to manage high boutique traffic and provide the right guidance to your team.
