お任せすることは、日常生活における基本的な動作の指導から、知識技能の付与、集団生活への適応訓練など、
多角的な角度からお子さんをサポートすることです。
個別療育×集団療育で、それぞれのお子さんに合わせたオーダーメイドの支援プログラムを提供しています。
また、保護者の方とのコミュニケーションを大切にし、家庭と施設が一体となった支援体制を整えています。

児童指導員任用資格を保有(児童福祉施設での勤務経験が2年以上/中卒の場合は3年以上)
短大卒以上
Word・Excelの基本操作ができる方
