子どもたちの発達支援に携わる、やりがいあふれるお仕事です。

20年以上の療育経験を基盤に、一人ひとりに合わせたオーダーメイドの支援を行っています。

あなたがお任せするのは、子どもの「この関わり方が必要だった」という瞬間を一緒に見つけ出すこと。

日常生活の基本動作指導から、知識・技能の習得、集団生活への適応訓練、そして保護者様とのコミュニケーションまで、幅広くサポートしていただきます。

未経験でも大丈夫。現在のスタッフの8割が未経験からのスタートで、みんなでチームとなって子どもたちの成長を支えています。

9時30分から17時30分までの日勤のみで、残業もほぼありません。

神戸高速鉄道東西線高速神戸駅から徒歩1分、JR神戸駅からも徒歩5分という好アクセスな立地。

日祝土が固定で休めるから、プライベートも大切にできます。

【必須要件】

・児童指導員任用資格を保有(児童福祉施設での勤務経験が2年以上/中卒の場合は3年以上)

・短大卒以上

・ワードやエクセルの基本操作のできる方

・社会福祉士、精神保健福祉士、児童指導員任用資格、幼稚園教諭、教員免許(小中高)、心理・教育・社会・社会福祉の学科・研究科卒業のいずれか

あなたの頑張りをしっかり評価します

基本給は時給1,220円~1,650円で、

処遇手当も含まれています。昇給制度により、時間あたり30円~60円のステップアップが見込めます。

交通費は一日上限750円まで支給。
