必須スキル


・3年以上の社会人経験 ・コンサルティング(①)または事業会社での企画・推進・営業業務(②) ー①以下いずれかの領域でのコンサルティング経験(業界不問) ー経営、事業変革、新規事業 ー業務、システム改善、プロダクト開発 ー人事・組織開発 ー②事業会社での以下いずれかの業務経験(業界不問) ー経営・事業・人事・システムなどの戦略・企画立案業務 ー事業推進、営業推進 ーB2B(エンタープライズ)を対象としたソリューション営業、コンサルティング営業

経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定に従い決定いたします。 ・年俸制 ・みなし残業手当35時間分含む、超過分別途支給(管理監督者該当する場合を除く)
