Job Summary
- Conduct preliminary research on Japanese companies, prepare presentation materials, and manage business negotiation progress.
- Introduce company services to major Japanese enterprises, follow up on business discussions, and facilitate contract signing.
- Accurately report customer progress and achievement of targets to the procurement department.
- Translate basic transaction contracts and manage post-signing documentation and execution status.
- Obtain necessary documents from agreed-upon customers in a timely manner.
- Schedule and follow up on regular meetings with stakeholders recommended by customers.
Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business negotiations with major Japanese companies, with calm and effective communication skills.
- Maintain a mindset that "rejection is the start of negotiation," persistently pursuing contract acquisition and business advancement.
- Experience in business negotiations with department manager-level personnel at major Japanese manufacturers, skilled in maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Experience in marketing planning and presentations, able to confidently introduce company services.
- High cross-cultural adaptability, able to interact equally regardless of race, and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to achieve goals.
- Skilled in maintaining good client relationships through regular visits and sales activities, proficient in Japanese business etiquette, and capable of earning customer trust.
- Identify with JD headquarters' values, willing to work hard with the team and continuously improve.

- Proactive and resilient, not discouraged by rejection.
- Understand business context and intent, and seek consensus before taking action.
- Maintain clear communication and reporting with supervisors and teams to prevent misunderstandings with stakeholders.
- Experienced in presentations, able to speak confidently in front of large audiences.
- Strong interest in Sino-Japanese economics, able to grasp market trends from a macro perspective.
- Sensitive to market and product trends in China and Japan, eager to learn new areas.
- Able to clearly articulate how personal future goals or contributions align with company business.
- Skilled in multi-faceted problem analysis, consistently identifying business opportunities and potential value.
