データサイエンティスト【大和証券グループ/充実した福利厚生】
【仕事内容】
- 具体的には
データサイエンティストとしてグループ内証券向けのデータ分析業務をお任せいたします。
(1)グループ内証券会社向けのデータ分析業務
機械学習・深層学習および統計的手法を組み合わせて、ビジネスの高度化もしくはデータドリブンな意思決定への貢献に取り組んでいただきます。
金融ビジネスに直接関連のあるデータはもちろん、人事・財務などバックオフィスのデータを対象とした分析の案件も含め、企画、分析、報告など一連の分析プロセスをお任せいたします。
(2)グループ外向け商材開発業務、データ分析業務
同社では主に国内大手金融機関を対象とし機械学習・深層学習を利用した各種サービスを展開しており、顧客およびサービスが順調に拡大している状況です。
これをさらに後押しするため、業務におけるお客様への提案、商材開発もしくはモデル開発、分析に従事していただきます。
(3)研究開発
難易度が高い案件に中長期的な視点で取り組んでいただきます。国内外の論文をベースとした先行研究の調査および仮説検証を繰り返し、実用化・ビジネス化を目指して取り組んでいただきます。
(4)社内教育担当
現在同社は、全社的な方針として「データ活による新たな価値の創出」に取り組んでおり、社内教育を通してデータやAIに対するリテラシーを底上げする活動に取り組んでおります。これを牽引する役割に取り組んでいただきます。

【所属部署情報】
システム部門に配属です。本部長、副本部長・担当役員(複数名)、部長10名(40代、50代)、開発メンバー約400名(20代半ば~40代)で構成されています。
※本部内にアプリケーションを担う部署、基盤(インフラ)を担う部署がそれぞれあり、経験/志向性に照らして能力をより発揮いただける部署でご活躍いただきます。
