AI開発エンジニア※大手金融G/デジタル化に注力中/福利厚生充実※
【仕事内容】
AI技術を活用し、社内DX推進の一環として業務効率化や高度化を支援する施策の提案・実行、ならびに社内ユーザー向けソリューションの企画立案、プロジェクト推進、アプリケーション開発を担うポジションです。
【具体的には】
生成AIを基盤とした社内業務改善施策の推進、ローカル環境やクラウド環境におけるLLM・SLMのエンタープライズ向けカスタマイズに携わるほか、以下のような役割を担います。
- ユーザーの課題を分析し、生成AIを中心とした新しいソリューションを提案・実現
- 新しいアイデアを試し、仮説検証を繰り返しながら、最先端モデルや技術を実践的に活用
- 業務を通じて生成AIに関する専門的なスキルを深め、技術志向の方にとって成長できる環境を提供
