■業務内容

日本オフィス(東京、大阪、名古屋)における施設のメンテナンス、運営、安全を監督するファシリティ・マネージャーを募集しています。オフィスの改修・移転・日常管理のフェーズで、企画・レイアウトプラン・工事管理・建物運営等、幅広い業務をお任せします。設計事務所や工事会社・ビル管理会社等を指導し、プロジェクト推進・マネジメントしていただきます。

1. オフィススペース、データセンター、日本における当社施設の日常業務を監督する。

2. 施設管理方針および手順を策定・実施し、現地の規制および業界標準への準拠を確保する。

3. 施設の安全性、機能性、効率性を確保するため、施設のメンテナンス、修理、アップグレードを管理、調整する。

4. IT、セキュリティ、オペレーションを含む社内チームと協力し、施設管理とEDAビジネスをサポートする。

5. 施設の維持・運営に必要なリソースやサポートサービスを調達するため、外部のベンダーやサービスプロバイダーと調整する。

6. 入退室管理、監視システム、緊急時対応など、施設のセキュリティ対策を実施・監督する。

7. コスト管理、財務報告を含む施設予算の管理。

8. 防火防災管理者として、防火防災管理業務を行う

■応募資格(必須要件)

▼知識・経験

1. 施設管理、できれば外資ソフトウェア業界または関連する技術分野で実績のある方。

2. 配電、HVAC、ネットワーク、セキュリティシステムなどに対する深い理解。

3. 日本の施設管理、安全、環境コンプライアンスに関連する地域の規制や規範に関する知識を有すること。

4. リーダーシップを発揮し、プロジェクトを成功に導くチームマネジメント能力を有すること。

5. 優れたコミュニケーション能力(英語必須)、交渉能力、対人関係能力を有し、社内外のステークホルダーと効果的に協働できること。

6. 強力な問題解決能力を有し、施設管理に対する積極的で結果志向のアプローチを有すること。

■学歴

・大学卒業以上が望ましい。

(短期大学・高等専門学校卒業は可。専修学校、高等学校卒業は不可)

ファシリティマネジメント、エンジニアリング、ビジネス管理もしくはそれらに関連した分野だと尚可。

・日本語能力試験 N1以上

■待遇

・基本給年額:800〜1,400万円(月額給与は12分の1)(支払い日:毎月25日)

・深夜勤務手当

・管理監督者(9:15~17:30を標準労働時間帯とする)

年間休日:122日

完全週休二日制(毎週土曜日・日曜日)、国民の祝日、年末年始
