仕事内容:

大手通信系グループ企業にて、コンタクトセンターBPO領域のプリセールス〜受注後プロジェクト推進までを一気通貫で担うポジションとなります。

顧客開拓の初期段階から関わり、提案活動・立ち上げ・構築マネジメント・運用まで幅広く対応。

IT・業務の両面に携わりながら、営業や他部門と連携し、プロジェクト全体をリードしていただきます。

■業務内容

  • 顧客課題の整理、提案ストーリーの構成検討
  • コンタクトセンターBPO活用の検討支援
  • 全体業務/システムの構想設計
  • 提案活動支援(プリセールス)
  • センター立ち上げ/運用設計
  • 構築マネジメント(進行管理・品質管理・ステークホルダー調整)
  • PMO的役割での支援(課題・進捗管理)

求める人材:

■必須スキル

  • IT全般に関する基礎的な知見
  • PMOまたは類似のプロジェクト推進経験
  • プリセールス経験
  • コンタクトセンター/BPO領域の業務経験

■尚可スキル

  • 新規顧客開拓における提案・構想策定の経験
  • 顧客折衝・調整業務に強みのある方

※業務上、ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力(会話・読解・文章作成)が必要です。

勤務時間・曜日:

原則自由
