コンタクトセンター運営事業の拡大に伴い、管理者層の増員が必要な状況のため、中途採用を積極的に行っています。

[具体的な業務]

※配属場所によって、新規立ち上げ業務の有無が変わります

  • 新規案件の立ち上げ業務

他社実施中の業務の巻き取り等により、当社センターにて新規案件の立ち上げから携わっていただきます。

・マニュアル作成

・オペレーターへの研修

・オペレーター採用関連業務

  • コンタクトセンター運営業務

コンタクトセンター運営にかかわる様々な業務になります。

・オペレーターからのエスカレーション対応

・クライアント対応

・センター運営にかかわる業務(PL管理、人材マネジメントetc)

  • クライアント対応

取り組み状況の報告・運営における情報・意見交換等、クライアントとのコミュニケーションを要する業務になります。

  • コンタクトセンター運営・管理に携わった経験がある方

・オペレーターマネジメント

・業務管理

  • オペレーターマネジメントや管理者間において、円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
  • リスクを事前に想定し、その想定リスクに対し対策を考え実行できる方
  • officeツールの活用ができる方

年俸額の1/14が月収金額となります。
また、6月と12月に年俸額の1/14を別途支給いたします。
・年俸改定 年1回(11月)
・月収金額には25時間または相当分のみなし労働給を含みます。
