目指すコンセプトは「物流版AWS」

私たちは「OPENLOGI」というシステムを通してレガシーでアナログな物流業界「全体」にテクノロジーで変革を起こすスタートアップです。

▼具体的には

物流業界では、EC市場拡大による物量増加に伴って、物流インフラの制度疲労が起きています。

この制度疲労は、各ステークホルダーの取り組みが個別最適になってしまい、全体最適につながっていないことが原因です。

オープンロジでは物流の全体最適をすべく、OPENLOGIを通じて提携倉庫をネットワーク化し、最適な物流網を構築することで解決に取り組んでいます。

▼今後

より多くのステークホルダーにご満足いただけるよう、新しい機能の開発を進めていきます。最終的には、契約や調整を最小限にし、自社スケールに合わせて拡張できる「物流版AWS」を実現していきます。

【職務内容】

※ご本人の志向性や適性を見た上で、下記いずれかのお仕事をお任せします。

・プロダクト戦略の立案

中長期でのプロダクトビジョンや戦略の立案
「物流版AWS」を実現するためのデータ活用の企画・要件定義
プロダクト成長を実現するための指標の定義と測定

・開発ロードマップの策定と執行

事業計画を実現するための戦略的な開発ロードマップの策定と実行
開発予算や組織設計を含む投資計画の立案と実行
開発スピードを向上させるための課題解決

・プロダクト責任者としての業務の定義・実行

各プロダクトのQuality, Cost, Deliveryの目標設定と改善
ユーザーや業界構造を深く理解するためのリサーチや発信
プロダクトマネジメントチームのマネジメント(採用、育成、組織開発)

ゆくゆくは志向性に応じて新規サービスの立ち上げにも携わっていただく可能性があります。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■事業会社でのプロダクトマネジメント経験

■BtoB SaaSもしくはBtoCプラットフォームのプロダクトマネジメント経験

■経営計画に紐づく、中長期のプロダクトロードマップ策定経験

【歓迎要件】

・1-10、及び10-100フェーズのプロダクトにおけるプロダクトマネジメント経験

・事業会社の経営企画/戦略企画部門でのご経験

・戦略コンサルティングファーム/総合コンサルティングファームでの課題解決のご経験

【給与】

年収 1200 ~ 1500 万円
