What You'll Do:
Role Overview


The Account Strategist (AS) in MPO (Marketplace Performance Outcomes) plays a pivotal role in driving client success and revenue growth across marketplace and retail media partnerships.

This role is client-facing and strategically positioned to manage high-impact relationships and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Maintain day-to-day communication with key MPO clients, ensuring trust and alignment

Upsell & Revenue Growth

Identify upsell opportunities and drive incremental revenue through performance-based strategies, especially within high-potential accounts.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams including Analytics, Creative Services, Technical Solutions, and TAM to tailor solutions for each client. Provide feedback to global teams like Product Analytis and R&D to influence product evolution

Campaign Optimization

Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging tools like internal reporting tools, various optimization levers like optimization algorithms and campaign set ups (Lower:Upper funnel)

Strategic Consulting

Advise clients on digital strategy, digital advertisement business, and offsite advertising solutions. Position MPO as a scalable, performance-driven solution.

Ownership and autonomy in managing client portfolios
Ability to collaborate across functions and regions
Strategic thinking and adaptability in a fast-evolving product landscape
