営業事務として、受発注・データ管理などの事務業務を中心にお任せします。

慣れてきたら、業務改善や仕組みづくりにも関わっていただける環境です。

主な業務内容

  • 受発注データの入力・管理
  • 納品書・請求書などの伝票処理
  • 得意先・仕入先との電話・メール対応
  • Excelやスプレッドシートを使ったデータ整理
  • 社内資料の作成・管理
  • 物流部門とのやり取り、入出荷応援(随時)

「最初から高度なITスキル」は必要ありません。

事務経験があり、PC操作に抵抗がない方であれば問題ありません。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥250,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
