Collaboration Manager(非管理職ポジション)

事業部:Advanced Therapies(AT)

Purpose

Support AT IN and AT JPN through engagement with clinical partners:

・ generate Japanese proof points

・ enegage with Japanese KOLs

・ circle back feedback about clinical trends and workflows in Japan to HQ

業務内容

・Coordinate and manage clinical & pre-clinical research collaboration projects at assigned sites across Japan

・Ensure satisfaction of Japanese KOL's and collaboration partners with ongoing research collaboration projects and activities

・Jointly work with collaboration partners to conduct research with the purpose of clinical evaluation and validation of prototypes and released products in the areas of interventional radiology (IR), cardiology (CA) and surgery (SU).

・Design research studies jointly with collaboration partners and AT IN project managers

・Perform contract negotiations for study protocol, budget, and deliverables with collaboration partners.

・Install and train clinical collaboration partners on research prototypes.

・Collect feedback on prototype and product performance and report this to AT IN department and MK at AT headquarters.

・Co-author and support publications and conference abstracts with collaboration partners on collaboration project results and collaboration activities

・Monitor and track collaboration project financials, deliverables and close collaboration projects by their end date. Maintain documentation quality for all assigned collaboration projects.

・Support colleagues at HQ and JPN AT BL's (CA, IR and SU) in preparing Siemens magazine articles, white papers, case reports, protocol book entries, and by answering or finding answers to product-related technical questions

>Educational Requirements

Minimum: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Physics, Radiologic Technology or a related discipline

Preferred: Ph.D. degree in engineering, physics, or a related field, or MD degree

>Work Experience:

Minimum: 3 years work experience with medical imaging equipment in a clinical, academic or industry research environment

Preferred: Experience working with x-ray angiography, or other minimally-invasive therapy and surgery imaging modalities; frequent interaction with medical doctors and other medical staff.
