【仕事内容】
深い技術理解に基づいた、技術・事業にまたがる横断的な方針立案および推進
事業・技術開発における横断的な計画立案、執行体制の構築
サービス・プロダクトにおける課題抽出、最新の技術・市場動向に基づいた解決策の検討
主要顧客プロジェクト・国家プロジェクトを踏まえた実行体制構築および推進
上記活動における社内外ステークホルダーとの議論推進および合意形成
社内ステークホルダー (CxO, VP, マネージャー) とのコミュニケーション
社外顧客・パートナーとの渉外 (国内外問わず)

大規模システム開発におけるマネジメント経験
R&D フェーズにおける先進技術開発経験、および製品開発サイクル全般に関する実務経験
部門課題を特定し分析・問題解決まで推進できる、強いリーダーシップ
社内外ステークホルダと良好な関係を構築できる、高い対人コミュニケーション能力
Preferred Experiences
社内横断での技術戦略策定、部門マネジメント支援の経験
モビリティ・ロボティクス関連領域に関わるプロジェクトマネジメントの経験
大規模プロジェクトのゼロベースからの立ち上げ・プロセス策定経験

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :48.3万円 ~ 116.6万円 月額基本給 :357,334 円 ~ 862,667円 (固定残業手当を除く額) 固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 126,000円 ~ 304,000円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
