• 社内の各種業務について、業務効率向上、ミス発生リスクの軽減、コスト削減等をITの側面から支援する。


• 社内関係部署との対話を通して、当該業務プロセスの課題点、またはITによってさらに改善できるポイントを明らかにし、ITによる課題解決をサポートする。


• 場合によってはITによる課題解決ができない、適切ではないケースについても適切にアドバイスを行い、無駄なITソリューションの導入をとめるのも役割の一つとなる。


• これら一連のコミュニケーションにおいて、それぞれのステークホルダーに対して、わかりやすく情報展開しながら、時には自らシステム開発を行いながら業務効率の支援を行うのが主な役割となる。


• ソリューションはSalesforceがメインとなり、その他にSaaS ソリューションや一部オープン系アプリケーションも対象となる。


• 営業・バックオフィス・オペレーション部門へソリューション提供をする部門となり、幅広い業務知識に加えてテクノロジースキルも習得可能。

POSITION SUMMARY


• Support various internal operations by improving efficiency, reducing risk, and optimizing costs through IT solutions.


• Identify challenges and areas for improvement in business processes through dialogue with internal departments, and support problem-solving using IT.


• Provide appropriate advice in cases where IT solutions are not suitable, helping to avoid unnecessary implementation.


• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and sometimes develop systems directly to support operational efficiency.


• Main solutions include Salesforce, with some SaaS and open-system applications also covered.


• This department provides solutions for sales, back-office, and operations, allowing you to gain both broad business and technical skills.

■必須要件 / SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


• 3年以上のアプリケーション開発業務経験(要件定義、実装、テスト)


• ユーザ部門との折衝経験


• Salesforce管理者レベル以上の知識


• 開発言語、データベースの種別は問わないが、クライアントサーバ、Webシステムの開発、データベース操作経験


• システム開発能力だけではなく、業務支援システムに関する幅広いIT知識と、それらを実業務に展開できる能力


• 日本語ビジネスレベル


• 英語(可能であればビジネスレベル、読み書きレベルは必須)

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


• 3+ years of application development experience (requirement definition, implementation, testing)


• Experience in negotiation/coordination with user departments


• Salesforce administrator-level knowledge


• Experience in client/server or web system development and database operations (language/DB type not restricted)


• Broad IT knowledge related to business support systems and ability to apply it in actual business


• Japanese: Business level


• English: Reading/Writing required; business-level communication preferred


• Strong communication skills - Ability to coordinate IT support through discussions with user departments - Ability to clearly explain systems and solutions to non-engineers

• Receive inquiries from departments, organize situations, identify issues, and manage backlogs
