仕事内容
【サービスプロダクトマネージャー/デジタルサービス企画開発】~所定労働時間7時間/働き方・制度充実
【仕事内容】
英検の新たな動きとして「生涯学習アカウント」と「デジタル証明書」を機軸とした新規事業の創成・収益事業化を発展させていくにあたり、
プロジェクトマネジメントだけではなく「プロダクトマネジメント」を主軸とした組織を形成する必要があります。
デジタルのプロダクトマネジメントを理解・実行し、自律かつ、協業しながら「デジタルに強い英検」を形作る仲間を募集します。
【業務内容】 :日本英語検定協会における、デジタルを主軸とした新規事業・プロダクトの企画開発をリードしていただきます。
既存の検定とも関連はしながらも、AIを利用したデジタル新教材・新規情報サービス/新規デジタル商品の創出において
企画/開発/運用/活用提案からクリエイティブ面のコントロールまでをご担当いただきます。
・経営視点で必要な課題解決をデジタルの軸でアプローチし、提案・内部解決する。
・企画・コンセプトを立案し、社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら業務推進する。
・ユーザ目線で企画をまとめ、カスタマージャーニーマップ・UIUXを創出・提供する。
【ミッション】:「新規デジタルサービスの企画・開発」
デジタルサービスの新規企画・プロダクトコントロールを行う。
上流工程においては価値をデジタルサービスとして要件定義へと形にし、システム開発の下流工程までを一気通貫でコミットする。
デジタルサービス企画書・カスタマージャーニーマップ・ストーリーマップ・
ワイヤーフレーム・要件定義作成・受入テスト観点作成をアウトプットとする。

780万円~942万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
