配属先は 楽天グループ株式会社 調達オペレーション部ソーシングオペレーション課となります。調達オペレーション部は楽天グループ全体の調達オペレーションの責任を負いますが、そのなかでソーシングオペレーション課は全社ソーシングの集中機能としての役割があり、取引先の選定及び交渉を事業部門と連携し、推進しております。
IT Professional Serviceのグループ集中購買を推進するため、ソーシングオペレーション課配下にIT Professional Serviceソーシング専任チームを組成する計画がございます。
IT Professional Serviceは主に次のサービスを含みます。(その他のカテゴリーを含む場合もあります。)
1)システム開発委託
2)システムインテグレーション
3)管理業務
4)その他コンサルティングサービス

・グループIT Professional Serviceの調達戦略の立案及び実行のリード

・IT Professional Service領域の主要サプライヤとのリレーション構築
・関係部門との連携リード

必須要件:
・調達/購買等の関連部門での経験のある方(目安10年以上)
・業務委託領域の購買活動の経験のある方(目安5年以上)
歓迎要件:
・購買ルール策定/運用のご経験
・業務委託領域のなかでも、System Integration ServiceManaged Service、Consulting Serviceの購買活動の経験のある方
・業務委託調達領域におけるRFP作成の経験のある方
・グローバル調達の経験のある方
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
