SAP S/4HANAまたはOracle Cloud導入プロジェクトにおけるERPプロジェクトを、プロジェクトの計画から実行、および実装に至るまで主導します。強固なリスク管理、問題管理、顧客コミュニケーションに注力します。この職務では、プロジェクトの目標を達成するために、顧客だけでなく、オフショア開発チームと緊密に連携する必要があります。

:
- プロジェクトの範囲、スケジュール、成果物を理解し、社内の利害関係者と緊密に連携し、彼らのニーズと期待を認識する
- プロジェクト全体のスケジュールを作成し、プロジェクトの見積もりに参加するか確認する。プロジェクトのスケジュールと予算を維持。
- 必要に応じて、社内の利害関係者と直接、またリモートワークモデルを通じて、効果的に協業する。
- 移行と変更管理-プロジェクト実施前、実施中、実施後
- プロジェクト・ステークホルダー・マネジメント-社内外のステークホルダーとの緊密な連携
- プロジェクトの範囲とスケジュール管理
- デュー・デリジェンスとデータ・ドリブン・アプローチにより、定期的なプロジェクト・レビューを推進し、リスクを軽減
- 予算、スケジュール、品質/スコープのプロジェクト目標の達成
- 必要に応じてプロジェクトの課題を上級管理職にエスカレーション。
- プロジェクトおよびサービスのあらゆる側面の提供に貢献する:プロジェクト活動、システム、情報セキュリティの管理と報告
- サービスの品質に影響を及ぼす可能性のある実装、利害関係者、およびプロジェクト運営に関連する問題の報告、分析、および解決、ならびに利害関係者の疑問および問題を適切かつ迅速に解決
- 必要に応じて、プロセスの最適化、改善、近代化イニシアチブを実施
必要なスキル/能力
必須
:
- ビジネスレベルの英語スキル、ビジネス/ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル。
- 認定を受けた学士号または外国の同等の学位を取得することが義務付けられています。また、毎年の教育の代わりに、専門分野における3年間の累進的経験を考慮。
- 15年以上の情報技術の経験
- 日本国民及び日本で勤務することを認められた者が申請対象です。現時点では資金援助はできません。
- ERPプロジェクトに関する顧客対応プロジェクト管理の最低8年の経験
推奨
- SAP または Oracle ERP プロジェクトで、少なくとも 8 年間の実地経験
- PMP資格取得者または同様の資格取得者
- ネイティブレベルの日本語を有し、ビジネスシーンでも円滑に対応できる。
- 優れた口頭・文書によるコミュニケーション能力
- 多様化するステークホルダーの中で、チームで働く能力
- グローバルデリバリー環境で働く経験と希望。
