Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business processes and helping clients transform their business with Oracle.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud implementation.
  • Design, prototype and iterate solutions through hands-on configurations in Oracle.
  • Understand and apply implementation methodologies to build, document and test Oracle systems.
  • Coordinate deliverables by working with offshore teams.
  • Coordinate with other track members and business partners to model, design and build business solutions.
  • Lead projects from inception to delivery, including working with order fulfillment and product development teams to define requirements, update status and scope changes.
  • 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM Applications, including 2+ full cycle projects implementing and supporting Oracle Manufacturing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Inventory Management and Item Master in the manufacturing domain, experience with supply chain business processes such as Forecast-to-Plan, Plan-to-Build, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
  • Field experience preferred.
  • Experience in IT analysis, design and development of complex ERP solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution or equivalent, international student. Also consider 3 years of work experience in your field in lieu of education.
  • 10+ years of experience in information technology.
  • Japanese nationality and working qualifications in Japan are preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in Consulting - Manufacturing Preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Oracle SCM Cloud Manufacturing Certification in any other category.
  • 5+ years experience working with Oracle SCM Cloud (specifically Oracle SCM Manufacturing Cloud, Quality, and Maintenance modules).
  • Expertise in Manufacturing, Quality and Maintenance cloud modules.
  • Cloud Implementation Certification an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and a quick learner on the job.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork required.
