【デジタル人材育成×キャリア開発】スキルアップ事業の企画・運営を通じて、東京都のDX推進に貢献
仕事概要
<配属予定部署> デジタル人材本部 人材育成グループ <業務内容> 人材育成グループではデジタル人材の育成を通じて東京都のDX推進を支えるため、若手エンジニアや区市町村職員(都内の行政職員)を対象とした各種スキルアップ・キャリア開発施策を企画・運営しています。 本ポジションでは、学習支援とキャリア開発を組み合わせた「スキルアップ事業」全体の運営を担っていただきます。受講者の成長やキャリア形成を支援しながら、事業全体の設計・運営・改善、ナレッジ化をリードするポジションです。 具体的な業務内容は、以下の通りです(一例) 若手エンジニア向けスキルアップ・キャリアアップ促進事業のマネジメント ・若手エンジニアのスキルアッププログラム策定・運営 ・伴走サポート(コンシェルジュ、技術サポート)機能の運営 ・キャリアアップ支援に関する企画・運営 GovTech東京内の区市町村職員向けのスキルアップ事業 ・区市町村からGovTech東京に研修派遣される職員の教育プログラムの企画/運営 スキルアップ事業開発・運営のナレッジ化 ・事業運営を通じて得られた知見やノウハウの整理/共有 ・事業運営に関わる内部人材の育成 また、スキル・経験やご意向等に応じて、以下の業務にも従事していただく可能性があります。 自治体向け人材戦略策定 ・都庁及び区市町村の人材戦略策定に向けた調査・分析、資料作成、関係各所との折衝・調整 ・各自治体における人材戦略策定を支援するためのガイドブックやプレイブック等の作成並びにワークショップの企画・運営等 スキル可視化・スキル管理の推進 ・フレームワーク企画・開発 ・自治体への理解・導入促進 ・スキル需要の把握・分析方法のナレッジ化 ・可視化/管理システムの企画・開発・運用 GovTech東京職員向けの人材育成施策の企画・運営 ・職員のスキルアップ支援に関する企画・運営 ・職員のキャリアアップ支援に関する企画・運営 その他、人材育成に関する各種対応 (変更の範囲) 従事すべき業務の変更予定はありません。 <採用予定人数> 若干名 <選考方法> 書類選考、面接 ※一部ポジションでは、選考プロセスの中でリファレンスチェックを行うことがあります <その他 参考資料> 団体の理解を深めていただくうえで以下ご参照ください GovTech東京 公式オウンドメディア(note) 職員の紹介や業務のやりがい、組織カルチャーなど職員の声をお届けしています。人材育成の取り組みはマガジンとしてもまとめています。 GovTech東京 民間出身者が行政DXに奮闘(外部メディア記事) 2024年1月号 トピックス 東京都とGovTech東京が考える、行政DXの未来(外部メディア記事) 【対談】"爆速"で進む行政DXの真髄「変革とはマーケティングである」GovTech東京理事長 宮坂学・LayerX CTO松本勇気(外部メディア記事) https://say-

応募概要
給与
月給:54万円~81万円 基本給 44万円~66万円(固定残業手当を除く) 固定残業手当 10万円~15万円(時間外労働の有無にかかわらず、30時間分の時間外手当を支給) ※30 時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給 想定年収:750万円~1,100万円 ※賞与(年2回)含む ※賞与は標準評価に基づいた金額を想定。賞与額は評価により変動する

勤務体系
標準の勤務時間:フルフレックスタイム制(フレキシブルタイム7:00~22:00、標準労働時間8時間、休憩1時間) 【契約期間】 採用の日から1年6か月を経過した日の翌日以降における最初の9月30日又は3月31日まで ※2025年10月入職の場合は2027年9月30日まで、2026年4月入職の場合は2028年3月31日まで ※勤務実績考慮の上、1年毎に更新を最大3回(最長5年間)行う事ができます 【休日・休暇】 土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日から1月3日まで)、その他団体が定める日 年次有給休暇20日(初年度は、入職月によって変動) 慶弔休暇、特別休暇 【受動喫煙防止措置の状況】 オフィス内全面禁煙
