・社会保険の資格取得・喪失手続き

・雇用保険の各種手続き

・入社手続きと退社手続きの対応

・就業規則の運用サポート

・人事制度の運用サポート

・従業員からの労務相談への対応

・採用活動における人事業務のサポート

・研修実施における人事業務のサポート

・職場環境改善に向けた施策の検討と実行

最寄りの板橋区役所前駅から徒歩3分の距離にあります。東武東上線の大山駅からも徒歩10分で到着できます。朝の貴重な時間を有効活用でき、帰宅時も疲れた体ですぐに駅に到着できます。通勤手当は上限なしで全額支給され、交通費の心配がありません。

■残業なしの働き方

9時から18時の勤務時間で、残業は基本的にありません。18時には退社できるため、平日の夜も有効に使えます。プライベートの予定が立てやすく、仕事と私生活のバランスを保ちやすい環境です。年間休日は110日あり、休日もしっかり確保できます。

移転後4年目を迎える本社オフィスは、新しくてオシャレな雰囲気が特徴です。清潔で明るい空間が広がっており、快適に業務を進められます。人事労務という集中力が必要な業務に、落ち着いて取り組める環境が整っています。

■安定した処遇と制度

月給は25万円から45万円で、経験に応じて決定します。年1回の昇給と年2回の賞与があり、頑張りを評価する仕組みが整っています。家族手当は扶養1名につき3,000円、勤続3年以上で退職金制度の対象となります。財形貯蓄制度や社会保険完備など、福利厚生も充実しています。
