光学計測機器における画像・信号処理ユニットの
ソフトウェアチームリーダーとして、業務を遂行していただきます。
ソフトウェア要件定義の作成や開発計画策定、プロジェクトマネジメントが主な業務です。
技術スキルを活かして外部技術導入を推進し、チームメンバーの育成にも携わります。
顧客や市場要求に基づきソフトウェアの要件定義を作成し、
ソフトウェア設計や外部技術活用、人材育成も行います。
光学・メカ・電気エンジニアと連携し商品設計を推進し、
新商品企画や新技術開発、量産立上げなどにも関わります。
【具体的には】
・ ソフトウェアチームのリーダー業務(50%):顧客・市場要求に基づき、
ソフトウェアの要件定義を作成。開発計画の策定およびプロジェクトマネジメントを主導。
・ ソフトウェア設計・外部技術活用(25%):自身の技術スキルを活用し、
商品に適したソフトウェア設計を実施。必要に応じた外部技術の導入を推進。
・ ソフトウェア人材育成(25%):OJTやOffJTを通じて、チームメンバの技術スキル向上を支援。
プロジェクトマネジメントスキルの育成にも尽力。
・ 光学・メカ・電気エンジニアと連携しチームで商品設計を推進。
・ 新商品企画や新技術開発、量産立上げなど幅広い活躍の場。

【給与】
年収600~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
