仕事内容:
当社出資会社であるトヨタディーラーから引き取りした中古車の車輛チェック、車輛移動、自動車部品の取り外し、出荷作業などの業務になります。
海外への輸出も行っておりますので、興味があられる方は海外販売の担当も可。

ディーラーから入庫された車輛を分別し、中古車として販売出来る車輛は中古車として、それ以外の車輛は中古部品と素材に分別しリサイクルを行っております。

勤務時間 9時30分~18時30分
勤務曜日 月曜、水曜、木曜、金曜、土曜

週休2日【日曜・火曜(年間休日の関係上、年に1、2度だけ出勤となる場合あり)】
夏季・GW・年末年始・慶弔特別休暇 【年間休日は110日前後】

●家族手当【配偶者:15,000円 子:4,000円/人】
●技能・資格手当【5,000〜15,000円(フォークリフト、自動車整備士、中古自動車査定士など)】
●賞与【年2回】(前年度 3回、賞与月数 計 4.60ヶ月分)
●昇給【年1回】(前年度 昇給率 1月あたり 1.55% 〜 9.94%)

契約期間の定めなし、定年60歳(65歳まで延長あり)

日本オートブリッジ株式会社は、2004年の設立以来、
使用済自動車(ELV車)の引取・解体・リサイクルを通じて、
自動車業界を支えてきました。
仕事の内容だけを見ると、
「体力的にきつそう」「汚れそう」と感じる方も多いと思います。
正直に言えば、現場仕事なので楽な仕事ではありません。
ただし当社では、
無理なスピードや危険な作業を求めることはありません。
自動車リサイクル法に基づき、
決められた手順・時間の中で、落ち着いて作業することを大切にしています。

異業種・未経験から入社した社員も多く、
最初は工具の名前や車の構造から覚えていきます。
一人で放り出されることはなく、
慣れるまで先輩が必ず横につく体制です。
