■組込系プロダクト(C言語)の開発知見をお持ちの方
■なんらかのメトリクス(数値的な指標)を用いた開発(運用)経験をお持ちの方
■ベンダーコントロールのご経験をお持ちの方(PM、PMO、QMO問わず)
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■非機能要件に関する開発/品質知見をお持ちの方
■静的コード解析やコードレビューを用いた品質向上の経験をお持ちの方
■CMMIやAutomotiveSPICE(ISO 26262)などのプロセスアセスメントモデルを理解されている方
■JCSQE(ソフトウェア品質技術者資格認定)の保有者
