Responsibilities


POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Intune Engineer to join our team in Tokyo in a hybrid position.The role will focus on managing, configuring, and securing devices across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms through Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with endpoint management, compliance enforcement, application deployment, and device enrollment, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Manage and support device lifecycle management (Windows/iOS/Android) using Microsoft Intune.
  • Configure and oversee device enrollment processes across multiple platforms.
  • Design and deploy configuration profiles and applications (LOB, Win32, Store, and others).
  • Implement and enforce compliance policies, including custom compliance settings.
  • Configure and manage endpoint security profiles to maintain enterprise security standards.
  • Administer and support Windows Autopilot for automated device provisioning.
  • Oversee update deployment management to ensure devices remain up to date.
  • Perform day-to-day administration using Intune Admin Center.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver secure, scalable endpoint solutions.

Qualifications


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
    • Device management (Windows/iOS/Android) via Intune

    • Device enrollment processes (Windows/iOS/Android)

    • Configuration profiles and application deployment (LOB/Win32/Store)

    • Compliance policies (including custom compliance)

    • Endpoint security profile configuration and deployment

    • Windows Autopilot

    • Update deployment management

    • Administration with Intune Admin Center

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager, and Azure AD.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration or endpoint management.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Native or fluent Japanese (read, write, speak, listen).

  • English skill is not needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Conditional Access and Hybrid Entra/Entra Join (Entra ID).
  • Basic knowledge of Co-management (MCM).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Device management.
  • Basic knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management).
