【職務概要】

不動産売買営業の責任者クラスをお任せいたします。

【職務詳細】

(1)仕入れのためには仲介会社や地場の不動産会社へ営業活動を行い情報収集を行います。

(2)入手した物件情報の立地や利回りといった条件面を調査し、資産運用に有効な物件かどうかを判断します。有効と判断した場合には社内の検討会議にあげ稟議がおりましたら、契約準備を行います。

(3)仕入れ後は物件の収益性/遵法性等の精査、また商品設計を担っていただきます。

年収:700万~1000万程度

月給制:月額500000円
