【 Job Description】

■Responsibilities / Role

・Developing new features with a focus on Kotlin and from the user's perspective to improve services

・Leading the development and implementation of measures to ensure stable operation of the system by profiling the system and taking the initiative.

・Identification of various technical issues and promotion of improvements in order to scale services

・Coordinate the development of services in collaboration with multiple departments, such as the planning team, within the team to which you belong.

・Design architecture with performance and scalability in mind

・Ensuring code quality through code reviews on GitHub

・Team building and activities to improve the technical skills of the team

・Languages/Frameworks: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot

・5+ years of experience developing web applications using Java or server-side Kotlin

・Experience driving service development in a team environment

・Basic knowledge of computer science (algorithms, data structures, databases, networks, etc.)

・Experience in development using RDBMS

・Japanese N1 level

・Experience in developing consumer-oriented services

・Experience in developing large-scale web services
