【業務内容】

自社プロダクト改善コンサルタント(連結会計システムDX) は、単なるシステムのサポートや導入支援に留まらず、顧客・BPO・開発をつなぎ、再現性ある価値を設計するプロダクトデザイナー として、同社プロダクトとサービスを成長させていく役割をお任せいたします。ご入社後は顧客や社内ユーザーとの接点業務からスタートし、徐々にプロダクト改善やサービス設計に踏み込み、最終的には「BPO-SaaS」という新しいビジネスモデルの推進を中核人材として担っていただきます。

  • Step1(入社?3?6か月)

まずはプロダクトと顧客業務を理解するために、現場に近い業務を経験いただきます。

・BPOサービス部門(社内ユーザー)や顧客からの問い合わせ対応

・自社プロダクトに関する教育・講師業務、研修サービス運営

・問い合わせの背景を分析し、「なぜ起きるか」「仕組みでどう解決できるか」を考察

  • Step2(半年以降)

経験を積み、ご志向や強みに応じて、設計・改善・企画業務へと関与いただきます。

・会計実務の生産性向上プロジェクト(運用・RPA・DX推進)の推進

・サービス/ソリューションの企画・改善提案

・プロダクト要件定義・仕様設計支援、サービス設計・業務運用設計

・開発・BPO・営業など他部門と連携し、事業戦略立案や価値共創活動に参画

求める人物像

  • 大卒以上(学部学科不問)の方で、これまでの社会人経験の中で、以下の必須要件を満たすご経験を積み重ねてこられた方

【必須要件】

・未知の業務領域(会計やIT)を短期間でキャッチアップすることに抵抗のない方

・顧客やチームと円滑にコミュニケーションを図り、粘り強くやりきることができる方

・物事を論理的に捉え、解決の方向性をシンプルに整理していくことが得意な方

【歓迎要件】

・システム導入/開発/保守経験

・RPA/VBA等を用いて業務効率化に取り組んだ経験

・会計/経営管理領域に関する実務、もしくは学習経験
