【仕事内容】

同社のセールスは、クライアントのビジョン実現のため、以下の業務に取り組んでおります。本ポジションでは、その業務と合わせて、マネージャー候補として、そのセールスチームをまとめていただきます。

<セールス業務>

■経営戦略・計画のヒアリング/経営・組織課題のコンサルティング

■プロ人材のご紹介/継続的な伴走支援/各種社内プロジェクトの担当

<マネージャー業務>

■メンバーマネジメント

チーム予算の達成に向けて、メンバーに対するオンボーディング、マネジメントをご担当いただきます。1on1やチームMTGを通じて相互理解を深め、GOAL設定、プロセス設計、業務上の課題発見から解決に向けたディスカッション等をお任せします。

■メンバーのキャリア開発

顧客支援や目標達成から得られた経験をメンバーのWILLと重ね合わせ、メンバーの長期的なキャリア開発を支援していただきます。ときには同社の強みとする兼務や抜擢といったカルチャーを活用して、新しいミッションの設定等も行っていただきます。

■事業開発

マネージャー業務、プレイヤー業務を通じて、現在のサービスを更に発展させるための企画や、顧客の別の課題を解決するために新しい事業づくりに参画いただきます。

■以下のいずれかのご経験を3年以上お持ちの方

・法人営業やコンサルティングのご経験

・OJTやオンボーディング等、人材育成に携わったご経験

・組織マネジメントのご経験

■HRサービスに携わったご経験をお持ちの方

■ITソリューション営業やITコンサルティングのご経験をお持ちの方

【給与】

年収:600万~850万程度

月給制:月額500000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:決算賞与あり

昇給:年2回
