社長室の所属として、アサインされたプロジェクトや各事業課題への対応を横断的に推進していただく形を想定しています。

・会社/事業の中長期成長戦略の検討、実行 ・各事業や組織における業務推進上の課題/真因の特定と対応策の検討・実施 ・各種施策の効果試算と実行計画・ロードマップ策定 ・現場組織/社内組織とのコミュニケーション ・実施した施策/企画の効果検証と更なる改善の検討・実施

必須条件

・事業会社での事業企画業務/経営企画業務の経験:3年以上 ・マネジメント経験

東京都中央区銀座6‐10‐1 GINZA SIX 10F

勤務時間

・所定労働時間:8時間 ・フレックスタイム制:あり

(コアタイム:10:00~16:00) ・残業手当:あり

(9:00-18:00、10:00-19:00で勤務するメンバーが多いです。)

給与

経験・能力を考慮のうえ、当社規定により決定します。

・想定年収:700万円~900万円

(月給+賞与での目安金額) ・月額例:500,000円~643,000円

(基本給+30時間分の固定残業手当、30時間超過分は追加支給)

賞与

・業績連動での支給

・支給回数:年1回(5月)

・評価期間:前年3月1日~当年2月末

給与改定

年1回(5月)
