~クボタグループの環境事業を担う企業/水処理施設・廃棄物処理施設の建設・運転・メンテナンス事業で国内有数の規模/安定性・事業の幅の広さが魅力~

当社は、環境プラントの設計・建設・試運転・補修や改築工事・運転維持管理まで一気通貫して業務を行っています。

その事業のうち、公共事業(廃棄物処理)を官公庁より委託されて運営しています(環境プラントの運転維持管理)。

全国約140か所の浄水場・下水処理場・ごみ焼却場・し尿処理場等を維持管理しています。今回は、その事業に深く関わる業務内容となります。

  • 業務内容:

本社管轄の事業所において、各事業所への支援を行います。具体的には以下の業務を行います。

・各維持管理事業所の管理全般(人員管理・採算管理・安全品質管理・トラブル対応・事故発生時の対応)

・事業所長の事業所運営についてのフォローおよび指導

・顧客(地方自治体など官公庁)への営業・報告

・契約締結に向けた積算、見積作成、折衝

・同僚への指導、指示、取りまとめ など幅広い業務となります

  • 出張について

・出張場所:主に静岡県を含めた関東甲信越エリア ※必要に応じて全国

・出張期間:主に日帰り まれに1週間以内の数日間の宿泊有

・平均残業:月平均20時間程度

・出張手当:

30日未満・・・宿泊費10,500円/日、日当2,100円、その他手当有

30日以上・・・宿泊費8,400円/日、日当1,580円、その他手当有

・出張中の移動手段:出張先は郊外にあることが多く、公共交通機関で近くまで行き、その先はレンタカーを使用してご自身で現場まで行っていただくことがほとんどです。

浄水場・下水処理場などの水処理プラントや、汚泥処理プラント、ごみの焼却からエネルギーや資源のリサイクルを行う高度な焼却プラントなど、多様なプラントの新設から改造、管理までを一貫して請け負うことが可能です。「お客様第一主義」「現場主義」のもと、全国約140カ所の運転管理拠点を保有しており、顧客ニーズをプラントの補修・改造に直接反映することで、業界からの高い評価を得ています。クボタグループならではの最新の設備に対応する高度なノウハウと技術的な信頼を強みに、資源循環型社会の構築を目指しています。

歓迎:法人営業経験もしくはエリアマネージャー等複数事業所の管理経験
