Finance Lead
Consultant
– MS Dynamics AX /D365 Finance & Operations

Roles And Responsibilities

• Be part of small to medium scale, multi-dimensional, complex Infosys led programs for clients to meet client and Infosys parameters of success and quality
• Lead and own the requirement and design discussions workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Draft detailed requirements and Functional designs and explain to offshore development team
• Validate developed solution and demonstrate to customer stakeholders, facilitate the signoffs
• Support offshore functional and technical teams on questions and clarifications with customer

Essential
Skills /Competencies:

• At least 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and at least 1 implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in the areas of Finance
• Experience in at least 5 of the following modules. Chart of Account, AP, AR, FA, GL, Cash and bank modules , Tax, Budgeting, Cost Accounting.
• Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.
• Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
• High impact Communication skills
• Business Acumen
• Customer Orientation
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Business level proficiency in Japanese and English

Preferred

• Knowledge of Proposal building methods
• Microsoft AX certifications preferred
• Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external integrations, documentation, and mapping current business processes

• 開発されたソリューションの検証・デモンストレーションを行い、クライアントの承認を促進。
• クライアントからの質問・不明点に対して、オフショアの機能・技術チームを支援。

必須スキル

経験

• Microsoft Dynamics AXでの経験が7年以上、およびD365 F&Oでの導入経験が1回以上。
• 財務領域における業務分析または機能コンサルティングの経験が8年以上。
• 以下のモジュールのうち5つ以上の経験:勘定科目、買掛金、売掛金、固定資産、総勘定元帳、現金・銀行、税務、予算管理、原価計算。
• 業界知識とベストプラクティスに関する高い理解。
• 高度な分析手法を用いて複雑なクライアント課題を解決する能力。
• 高いコミュニケーション能力、ビジネス感覚、顧客志向、計画・調整能力。
• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルの言語能力。

歓迎スキル

• 提案書作成に関する知識。
• Microsoft AX関連の認定資格。
• 内部・外部システムとの連携要件の把握、ドキュメント作成、現行業務プロセスのマッピング経験。
